Learning & Organizational Consulting

I work with schools, nonprofits, arts organizations, and businesses to design meaningful learning experiences, strengthen teams, and develop people. Through curriculum design, professional development, facilitation, team-building, and program strategy, I help organizations create environments where people can communicate, collaborate, and grow.

Creativity. Connection. Growth. Creativity. Connection. Growth. Creativity. Connection. Growth.

My Story

I’ve always been interested in what happens when people are given the space to tell a story.

I’m a writer, educator, facilitator, and learning and development professional with more than a decade of experience working across theatre, arts education, youth development, and organizational learning. My career has taken me from classrooms and rehearsal rooms to nonprofit organizations, cultural institutions, and professional workplaces, but the through-line has remained the same: helping people find their voice, understand one another, and create something meaningful together.

As a writer and theatre-maker, I’m drawn to stories that challenge assumptions, complicate our understanding of history and identity, and give voice to experiences that are too often overlooked. As an educator, I bring that same curiosity into the classroom and workshop, using storytelling, theatre, and creative practice to help people build confidence, communicate more effectively, and see the world from perspectives beyond their own.

That work has naturally expanded into organizational learning. I work with schools, nonprofits, arts organizations, and businesses to design learning experiences, develop teams, facilitate meaningful conversations, and create programs that help people grow. Whether I’m developing a curriculum, leading a team workshop, coaching a facilitator, or helping an organization rethink a program, I believe the best learning is active, human, and connected to real life.

At the center of all of my work is a simple idea:

When people understand themselves, understand one another, and feel empowered to contribute, they can build better things together.

That is what I want my work to do: create space for better stories, stronger connections, and meaningful transformation.
